I am a Transformation Designer and Qualitative UX Researcher specializing in accessible and trauma-informed approaches in the context of social impact and stewardship.
My expertise in community co-creation, qualitative research methods, data analysis, insight generation, and UX writing provide the foundation for driving lasting positive change using Human-Centered Design.
I have 3+ years of career experience and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in User Experience Design from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Long form: In-depth conversations with up to two participants at a time lasting 30 minutes or more to allow for definitive insights to arise

Short form: Utilizing pre-arranged locations or gatherings for quick, fast-paced interactions to create accessible engagements in various capacities

Designed for divergent thinking: Asking wide, open-ended, exploratory questions to gain preliminary understanding and generate initial ideas
Designed for convergent thinking: Conducting activities to make decisions, draw conclusions, validate, or synthesize content by utilizing the collective knowledge and expertise of participants through informed decision-making
